The Dancer's Workout® classes use ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, and toning exercises to recondition your body and spirit! They were designed exclusively for adult dancers and instructors, both current and former.

We have lots of live classes available!

We offer in-person classes in both North Carolina and South Carolina!

The NC in-person classes are in the Raleigh/Durham NC area (5 classes/wk), and the SC in-person classes are in the Myrtle Beach/Little River area (1 to 2 weekends/mo).

Our SC in-person classes are offered on Saturdays at 11:45 am (Myrtle Beach) and Sundays at 3:30 pm (Little River). Sign up for the in-person SC classes here: www.thedancersworkout.com/mindbody.
