After Artie stole the show last season, I really thought it was my turn to impress Mommy.
Like a good boy, I sat at attention, closely monitoring Mommy’s excitement about the new Spring 2025 Season of the MAVENS and ready to make the big announcement. Things looked good for me with Artie acting a bit low-energy and distracted from our duties.
Lulled momentarily by Artie’s ultimate fake-out, I hesitated one stupid nano-second before Artie opened his big fat mouth and screamed “MAVENS 2025 Season has begun!”
He didn’t even mention all the belly rubs we’d be getting this season – or have the energy to stand up!
What kind of announcer is that? Let’s be real - nobody likes a loud mouth with a “straight MAVENS bandana” (eye-roll).
