Surprise your adult former dancer friend or daughter with the gift of DANCE this holiday season! Give this gift of DANCE to anyone who used to take ballet. Whether it's been a day or a decade since she was in the studio, she'll love this amazing gift where we bring our virtual dance studio directly to her!

The Dancer's Workout® (TDW) Virtual Studio offers 24/7, unlimited monthly access to our warm-up songs, light cardio songs, high-intensity cardio songs, and conditioning songs (bikini bootcamp). The songs are bundled into various one-hour masterclasses (includes the choreography review) that will reignite her love of dance while reconditioning her dancer's body!

Designed and taught by UNC School of the Arts classical ballerina and Adjunct Faculty member, Jules Szabo, our classes have been created for adults who trained in ballet, jazz, and/or contemporary dance when younger, who either want to start dancing again as an adult (no matter how long it's been), or who simply want to stay in tip-top shape through dance. We welcome current and former dancers AND dance instructors!

Inside the TDW Virtual Studio we have two main programs, and she can choose the one that works for her:

1) Is she a former dancer? If so, she'll want to start with our 10-video series, entitled the LOST LOVE RECOVERY PROGRAM FOR FORMER DANCERS, which contains 10 classes of various lengths and progressive intensities to help her safely get back up to speed, no matter how long it has been.

2) Is she in pretty good dancer's shape? If so, she'll love jumping right into our featured masterclasses!

Regardless of where she is in her dance journey, if she loves pop music she'll love how all of our classes are choreographed to pop songs that we all know and love!

Let us help you get your adult former dancer dancing again!
