2. How would you describe your own personal ballet training and technique:

I am not strong in ballet

I took some ballet when I was younger

I had a substantial amount of intermediate-to-advanced-level ballet training prior to age 18

I currently take or teach ballet classes 2-3 times per week

3. How would you describe your own personal skill in other dance genres:

I only have experience taking Zumba, Pilates, or Barre

I am not proficient in ballet but I am pretty good in jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop

I am reasonably proficient in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance

4. How would you describe your familiarity with The Dancer’s Workout® (TDW) Program

Limited familiarity, but I'm excited to learn more

Familiar with your classes, but not yet familiar with the TDW Online Certification Course

I have watched or taken one or more of your TDW masterclasses, and I have read both the course description and the 6-week INTENSIVE description that are linked to the TDW Online Academy section of the www.thedancersworkout.com website. I understand the PRECIOUS PEARL SCHOLARSHIP is for the 6-week INTENSIVE where the goal is for me to complete the course within 6 weeks. I also understand the PRECIOUS PEARL SCHOLARSHIP: 1) covers the cost of the course; 2) waives the TDW membership dues for 6 months; 3) offers weekly Q&As with Jules and Sara; and 4) provides free access to sample LIVE ZOOM TDW dance classes on Tuesdays 5:45 pm; Thursdays 5:45 pm; and Saturdays 11:45 am (EST). I understand the 6-week INTENSIVE will require an average of 10 hours/week for 6 weeks.

5. How would you describe your interest in the 6-week Instructor Certification INTENSIVE

I have no idea where I would teach and welcome your assistance figuring that out

Learning how to teach and/or gaining confidence in my teaching

Having access to the TDW choreography

Gaining assistance with social media/advertising

Learning how to successfully attract and retain adult dancers

Learning the administrative and business aspects of running an adult dance business
