Get yourself ready by doing the following recommendations prior to your first in-person class with The Dancer's Workout®...
ADD US TO YOUR CALENDAR
Please don't forget you have signed up for class! Come dressed in your dance clothes and bring your water!
GRAB YOUR DANCE CLOTHES!
Wear whatever you enjoy sweating in!
Most of our dancers wear a tank top, sports bra, stretchy pants, and dance shoes, with their hair up (ponytails are fine)
The best types of dance shoes are split-sole jazz sneakers, jazz slippers, or ballet slippers. Contemporary dancers can go barefoot but please bring shoes just in case the turns start to bother your feet
CURIOUS ABOUT THE COST OF CLASSES?
Normally it's a $20 drop-in fee, but Jules is covering the cost for all UNCSA students who want to dance with us in-person over the holidays!
