Special Announcement by Artie and Bailey

Bailey was looking out the window, peacefully day-dreaming; but (as usual) Artie was paying attention to every single word Mommy said to Sara…

“Blah, blah, blah, MAVENS. Blah, blah, blah NEW SEASON”

And smartie-pants Artie knew it meant one thing and one thing only: Mommy needed a handsome, well-spoken, charming, good boy to announce the new season. Was he ready? Did he remember his lines?

And then, without warning or provocation, Artie jumped to attention and took charge!

Loudly, he began, “And now, the most important announcement in the history of the universe!”

Then Bailey, quite startled by this sudden outburst (yet refusing to be left behind), jumped to attention and joined the chorus: “Yeah, our Mommy has a big announcement!”

Artie continued, “The Fall 2024 Season of The Dancer’s Workout® MAVENS has begun! We have assembled an outstanding group of paraprofessional dancers who will be filmed and featured in our amazing, commercially available adult dance fitness classes!”

Bailey was surprised that Artie knew SO MANY BIG WORDS! So Bailey decided to throw in a few big words himself (which were certain to impress his Daddy, the scientist), “Isosceles triangle! Astrophysicist! Catalytic converter!”

Mommy was clearly pleased, as she immediately ran in to thank them.
