My Story by Artie and Bailey

Artie: “Mommy said no more snacks if we argue about who gets to announce the Fall Season of the MAVENS this time”

Bailey: “What!?!  No more snacks????  Was she joking?”

Artie: “I don’t think so…”

Bailey: “Do you think carrots are snacks?”

Artie: “Probably”

Bailey: “What about veggie straws?”

Artie: “yup”

Bailey: “This is bad news! Did she say why?”

Artie: “She just said we need to “take turns” and “share the spotlight”

Bailey: “Weird!! Do we have to roll-over too?

Artie: “I don't think so”

Bailey: “Okay, well... If you do the turns, I will lie in the sun.”

Artie: “I don’t think that’s what she means, Bailey”

Bailey: “Drat! Okay...I will take the turns and I guess you can take the warm spot by the window.”

Artie: “You know what, Bailey, that sounds… absolutely perfect. Go ahead, start turning, and let me just quickly mention… The Dancer’s Workout® is proud to announce this wonderful Fall 2025 season of the MAVENS. This Fall we are filming another three masterclasses for our online portfolio of classes! Auditions for the Spring 2026 season are coming soon - you should probably bring snacks (for my brother)!"

Bailey: “Whoa. Feeling dizzy now.”

Artie: “Okay, Bailey, you can stop now.”

Bailey: “I think I need to lie down for a minute, in a warm spot... by the window - just to get my bearings. Feeling weary after all those turns.” 

Artie: “Okay, go ahead, you can take the spot by the window. It’s the least I can do.”

Bailey: “Thank you, Artie!! And do you think Mommy will give us snacks now?”

Artie: “I think she probably will...”
