Every adult ballet, jazz, and contemporary dancer who finds us tells us this, especially once they have devoured their first couple of masterclasses and realized we have an endless supply; and that each one is seriously lovable! Students are enamored by our ability to weave original ballet, jazz, and contemporary choreography into each non-stop hour of fun! Our dancers love the way the choreography builds across songs so that we can move continually throughout the hour! After a fun and effective warm-up and our carefully crafted 4-to-5-song arc of dance cardio songs, the excitement culminates with an electrifying pull-together song! We next delve into "bikini bootcamp," the final 15 minutes of class where we tackle our choreographed toning exercises and then end class with a memorable stretch song.
Within a given month, our dancers love coming back again and again to repeat the same masterclass so they can enjoy the thrill of fully mastering it before consuming the next one! This exhilarating cycle, that is made possible by the availability of our large portfolio of choreographed masterclasses that are well-loved by adult ballet, jazz, and contemporary dancers, keeps our adults coming back to class multiple times each week, month after month!
